{"id":7,"date":"2022-02-23T10:09:26","date_gmt":"2022-02-23T10:09:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.shalom-chor-berlin.de\/en\/?page_id=7"},"modified":"2024-04-04T05:54:40","modified_gmt":"2024-04-04T05:54:40","slug":"the-music","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.shalom-chor-berlin.de\/en\/the-music\/","title":{"rendered":"The music"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>While the Shalom Chor repertoire includes Israeli music for choirs, it consists mostly of works for the liturgy of the synagogue. This music, much of which was composed by cantors in the second half of the 19th century, almost completely disappeared from Germany under National Socialism.
